About the Website

  • This site provides space for opinion (the Webitorial), plus a complete Index to the contents, a Language/ Dialect Map, Contributor information (Poets' Portraits), and information on how to submit poems to the broadsheet. It also tells you how to get hold of back issues - Poetry Scotland Back Issues
  • Our Newsboard contains (quelle surprise!) News, but also letters and the occasional poem, and in other places on the site you can get advice on how to write and submit to magazines, and a page from your Editor, Sally Evans.
  • Other pages of Links and Reviews follow, and finally the diehard books page gives up-to-the minute information about the diehard list.
  • If you have any comments on the site you can send them to our Webmaster. We're keen to develop it, and your suggestions will be carefully considered.
The website is normally updated every month. If you'd like to be notified every time a major update is posted, just email me
    .
